Before the launch of the Kickstarter campaign, I was lucky to get the support of Louisahhh, a musician, DJ, consent educator and podcast host in helping me reach out to her audience to promote the Intimacy Cards. I hadn’t even considered how important of a role the Intimacy Cards could play in helping people practicing sobriety to make deeper connections. When you used to rely on drugs or alcohol to help facilitate intimate connections, it’s often a struggle to find new ways to make connections without the use of chemical crutches.
